- On May 16, 2011 G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group was appointed as the Receiver and Manager (the “Receiver”) of Streetlight Intelligence Inc. and Streetlight Intelligence International Ltd. (collectively, “Streetlight”) and all the assets, undertakings and properties, including all proceeds thereof, by the Supreme Court of British Columbia, pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act and Section 39 of the Law and Equity Act.
- The Receiver is collecting “Proofs of claim” forms from employees of Streetlight Intelligence International Ltd.. If you are a former employee and believe you are entitled to a wage claim, please see the following link to check your eligibliity under the Federal Wage Earners Protection Program. Please note, the deadline for submissions is 56 days from the date of Receivership.
- The Receiver-Manager is offering the Company’s Assets for sale. Interested purchasers should contact the Receiver-Manager to obtain and execute a confidentiality agreement and obtain access to the Secure Data room to assist them in their due diligence.
- On November 15, 2011, the Supreme Court of British Columbia approved the sale of the Company’s Assets to LED Roadway Lighting Ltd, with headquarters based in Halifax, NS, Canada. A copy of the entered order is available below under Court documents. The Receiver anticipates transitioning the Assets and operations of Streetlight Intelligence to LED Roadway Ltd. by November 18, 2011.
