- As of September 2011, the Trustee’s continues to pursue realization activities surrounding a builder’s lien owed to the estate. More information will be posted when available.
- On April 17, 2009 the first meeting of creditors was held in Vancouver, B.C. and a resolution was passed to appoint G. Powroznik Group Inc. as Trustee in this matter. The Trustee reported to the creditors on the results of preliminary administration of the Estate to date and on planned realization activities which will span over the next several months.
- On April 1, 2009, G. Powroznik Group Inc. sent statutory documents including a Notice of Bankruptcy to all known creditors of the Debtor.
- On March 27, 2009, the Debtor filed an assignment into bankruptcy for the general benefit of creditors under section 49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy (“OSB”).
