Please be advised that on July 18, 2012, Olive U Foods Ltd. (the “Bankrupt”) was adjudged bankrupt by Order of the Supreme Court of British Columbia. G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group has been appointed as trustee of the estate of the Bankrupt.
