G-Force Group has been engaged by a BC real estate developer with a major stalled residential development to assist in identifying options to complete and finance the development and maximize the recovery for creditors and investors. Working with the Client and its advisors, G-Force will assess the market demand, pricing, remaining technical and legal issues and prepare a comprehensive plan and budget for the major options for the development. It will also consider options for financing and develop a plan for maximizing the recovery to a mortgage company and over 300 individual investors.
