Frank Schliewinsky, MSc (Planning) is a senior consultant with G-Force Group. He has over 30 years of experience and expertise in providing comprehensive marketing and market research services to the housing and development industry. He has conducted research studies in affordable housing for the Housing and Urban Development Association of Canada, evaluated the Alberta Home Mortgage Program and conducted numerous studies of homebuyers for developers and non-profit organizations in the Lower Mainland. Over the past 15 years, he has provided advice on over 100 major residential and resort developments, containing more than 13,000 new units and worth over $2.4 billion. He provides specialized expertise in assessing the market feasibility of new residential and resort developments, and in the design of pro-active marketing strategies.
Frank was the founder and Editor of the Greater Vancouver Condominium Market Review, in 1989 (published until December 2007) which analyzed and assessed the Greater Vancouver condo market and detailed all condo projects that were currently marketing or up-coming.
