David Atwater, a Senior Consultant with G-Force Group, provides specialized analytical and strategic services to clients involved with real estate developments and investment properties. David is recognized for his expertise in real estate pro forma and valuation methodology using Argus Developer and Microsoft Excel and has consulted with leading North American real estate firms. He has also been involved in the development of innovative analytical solutions for the real estate industry including software architecture, design, programming and testing. David has over 30 years’ experience in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including as Global Product Manager of Argus Developer for Argus Financial Software Corporation, as one of the founders and initial Vice President, Investments of Penreal Advisors Ltd., and Manager, Appraisal Division, Cumberland Realty Group.
