- On October 4, 2012, the Company filed a Proposal under S.50 of the Bankruptcy & Insolvency Act. If the Proposal is accepted by the Company’s creditors and the Court, it will have the effect of annulling the bankruptcy. Please refer to the project page for the Proposal.
- On March 13, 2012, at 10:00am, a First Creditors Meeting was held at the offices of G. Powroznik Group Inc. The Trustee’s appointment was confirmed by the creditors of the Estate.
- On March 1, 2012, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada confirmed G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group as Trustee of 0621340 B.C. Ltd. (the “Trustee”). 0621340 B.C. Ltd. formerly d.b.a Nita Lake Lodge Corporation, prior to the sale of its last physical assets in early 2010.
