On September 17, 2015, Street Smart Investing Ltd. (“SSI”) made an assignment into bankruptcy for the general benefit of creditors under s.49 of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act. G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group has been appointed as the Trustee in bankruptcy (the “Trustee“) for the estate of SSI.
The First Meeting of Creditors in this matter is scheduled for Wednesday, October 7, 2015 at 10:00am at the office of the Trustee.
