- On October 22, 2012, the Creditors unanimously approved the Proposal. 30-day notices will be sent to contingent creditors to prove their claims. The Trustee will seek Court approval of the Proposal, at which time, if approved, will have the affect of annulling the bankruptcy.
- On October 22, 2012, at 10:00 AM, a First Creditors Meeting will be held at the offices of G. Powroznik Group Inc. at 780 – 333 Seymour Street, Vancouver, BC
- On October 4, 2012, the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy Canada confirmed G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group as Trustee of the Proposal of 0621340 B.C. Ltd. (the “Trustee”). 0621340 B.C. Ltd. formerly d.b.a Nita Lake Lodge Corporation, prior to the sale of its last physical assets in early 2010.
- 0621340 BC Ltd. was assigned into bankruptcy on March 1, 2012. For further information on the bankruptcy please see its project page.
