Please be advised that on March 15, 2012, Tyam Civil Constructors Ltd. (the “Company”) filed a Notice of Intention to Make a Proposal (“NOI”) under section 50.4(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “BIA”). From that time, the Company had a maximum of six months to make a proposal to its creditors. The Company did not file a proposal by September 13, 2012 and as a result the Company was deemed to have made an assignment in bankruptcy on September 14, 2012.
G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group is the Trustee in this matter.

September 25, 2012: The Company did not file a proposal and was deemed to have made an assignment into bankruptcy on September 14, 2012. The First Meeting of Creditors will be held at 10:00am on Thursday October 11, 2012 at the office of G-Force Group (#780 – 333 Seymour St. Vancouver, BC).
