- On November 28, 2011 G. Powroznik Group Inc. of G-Force Group was appointed as Receiver (the “Receiver”) of Portage Trail Properties Ltd. (the “Company”) and all the assets, undertakings and properties, including all proceeds thereof, by the Supreme Court of British Columbia, pursuant to section 243(1) of the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (“BIA”) and Section 39 of the Law and Equity Act. The Company is doing business as the “Pemberton Gateway Village Suites”, a 22 unit boutique hotel, in Pemberton, B.C.
