Pretty Estates Ltd. CCAA – Claims Process

The Creditors list is now posted below.
Also, on Thursday, August 6th the Claims package (posted below) has been sent to the known creditors of the Company. Also posted below is the Proof of Claim form.
July 29, 2015
On July 23, 2015, the Court made a Claims Process Order which governs how the claims of the creditors of Pretty Estates Ltd. (the “Company”) will be handled in the CCAA process. The Monitor, G. Powroznik Group Inc., will administer the Claims Process.
On or before August 7, 2015, the Monitor will distribute a Claims Package to the known creditors of Pretty Estates Ltd. as of November 10, 2014, the date of the Initial filing in the CCAA process.
The Claims Package will contain the following materials:
- Instruction letter
- Notice to Creditors of claims process
- Proof of Claim form
- Copy of the Claims Process Order
Creditors should review the Claims Process Order and related materials once received. The Claims Bar Date in this matter has been set as Wednesday, September 9, 2015. Creditors must submit claims to the Monitor no later than this date in order to have claims reviewed and adjudicated. If Creditors do not submit claims by the Claims Bar Date, the claims will no longer stand against the Company.
All claims will be adjudicated on or before September 30, 2015.
