G-Force Group was engaged by the Purchaser to make an unsolicited offer, and negotiate a purchase agreement to acquire a large property in Surrey for a special purpose development. G-Force also applied its real estate transaction experience with its knowledge of the intended use of the property in advising the Purchaser on the purchase price, the terms and conditions of the purchase agreement, and the negotiating strategy. The property is currently under contract after a challenging seven months of negotiations with the vendor.
